PROGRAM AGENDA

Dear PMCAA Colleagues,
We are only few days away from our organization’s annual meeting in Tyson’ Corner in McLean, Virginia near Washington, DC. Preparations are underway at a hectic pace to ensure that we have a very successful and wonderful meeting. But we still need more registrations which have been very slow to come. This meeting will only be successful from cooperation by all of the membership. Please register as soon as possible and encourage your colleagues, friends and acquaintances to do the same.
For your convenience, we have been able to extend, for the third time, the deadline for discounted hotel registration until July 13th. This is absolute and affords the very last opportunity to grab beautiful deluxe guest rooms at a very affordable rate. Since July 26th is already full, discount rates are now only available for July 27th and 28th (Friday and Saturday). Please do register under PMCAA (promotion code PMCPMCA) so that you can get the best negotiated rate which includes daily full breakfast.
We have arranged two day CME activity on Friday and Saturday and entertainment during dinner program for all three nights from Thursday through Saturday. We promise great hospitality and entertainment befitting the occasion and in keeping with our past tradition. For people arriving early on Wednesday, July 25, I want to extend an invitation to join me and Dr. Ashok Kumar with families for President’s reception at Ritz Carlton Hotel only. Please contact me if you are able to join us and indicate the number of people attending. The reception will be held in the Attaché room on 6th floor of the hotel. We will have signs and announcements on the reader board in the hotel lobby. If the location changes, I will inform those who are attending Wednesday reception.
All we need now is your presence and support in making this meeting a great success. Please rally and extend your support.
Thank you.

P.S. For travel, there are two airports, namely Washington Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National Airport (DCA) which are within 8-10 miles of the hotel and convenient to reach. Please call or e-mail me for any question. Anytime!

Dear PMCAA colleagues,

We are few weeks away from our annual meeting and for us to get together once again. As your host and President of PMCAA, I want to invite you again, to attend the 2018 meeting from July 26 through July 29, 2018. As you know, it is being held at Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington, DC which is a beautiful location. The hotel is very strategically located close to international airports as well DC historic monuments including the capitol and white house. We have secured a very attractive nightly room rate which includes buffet breakfast. We have also arranged a wonderful dinner program for all three nights including cruise on Friday on beautiful river passing through the capital. Thursday dinner will be at a nearby restaurant close to the hotel. Of course, on Saturday we will finish the meeting with a big bang in the banquet hall of the hotel. With your support, we promise to have a very attractive entertainment and CME program. For your convenience, I am providing following direct links for meeting information, agenda and hotel reservation:

This is a wonderful and unique opportunity which brings us all together in one place to reminisce with classmates and friends while obtaining CME credit and enjoy each other’s company as well as our culture. Please visit our website at PMCAA.COM to peruse pictures and videos from previous meetings and see for yourself how much fun-filled these meetings are. This meeting also serves to bring us close to our alma mater to which we all owe a great debt of gratitude. As always, we will do our best to cater to everyone, old and young including families. If anyone needs to meet separately as a group during down time, please let me know so that I can secure a meeting room.

We have already received meeting and hotel registrations from several members and I want to thank them very much but we still need all of you to register earnestly to ensure that we can receive hotel and banquet hall/cruise discounts. It is very important that we receive your registration and hotel reservation as early as possible to not only secure the best hotel rate but also to help us plan this event well. I will also like to solicit sponsorship and advertisements for the souvenir book. The meeting registration form is available on the website which has to be filled and mailed along with payment. For your convenience, payment can also be made online through PayPal, link for which is on the website.

Please visit our website to register and to gather information about the meeting. We are updating it often.
