Dear PMCAA colleagues,

We are few weeks away from our annual meeting and for us to get together once again. As your host and President of PMCAA, I want to invite you again, to attend the 2018 meeting from July 26 through July 29, 2018. As you know, it is being held at Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington, DC which is a beautiful location. The hotel is very strategically located close to international airports as well DC historic monuments including the capitol and white house. We have secured a very attractive nightly room rate which includes buffet breakfast. We have also arranged a wonderful dinner program for all three nights including cruise on Friday on beautiful river passing through the capital. Thursday dinner will be at a nearby restaurant close to the hotel. Of course, on Saturday we will finish the meeting with a big bang in the banquet hall of the hotel. With your support, we promise to have a very attractive entertainment and CME program. This is a wonderful and unique opportunity which brings us all together in one place to reminisce with classmates and friends while obtaining CME credit and enjoy each other’s company as well as our culture. This meeting also serves to bring us close to our alma mater to which we all owe a great debt of gratitude. As always, we will do our best to cater to everyone, old and young including families. If anyone needs to meet separately as a group during down time, please let me know so that I can secure a meeting room.

We have already received meeting and hotel registrations from several members and I want to thank them very much but we still need all of you to register earnestly to ensure that we can receive hotel and banquet hall/cruise discounts. It is very important that we receive your registration and hotel reservation as early as possible to not only secure the best hotel rate but also to help us plan this event well. I will also like to solicit sponsorship and advertisements for the souvenir book. The meeting registration form is available on the website which has to be filled and mailed along with payment. We have also arranged a wonderful dinner program for all three nights including cruise on Friday on beautiful river passing through the capital. Thursday dinner will be at a nearby restaurant close to the hotel. Of course on Saturday we will finish the meeting with a big bang in the banquet hall of the hotel. With your support, we promise to have a very attractive entertainment and CME program. For this we have a planning committee comprised of dedicated members who have pledged full support.
I encourage you to register for the meeting and hotel as early as possible to secure the best hotel rate and to help us plan this event well. Please send me your suggestions if you have any to improve the meeting. I will like to solicit a list of CME topics that you want included on Friday and Saturday. Additionally, if any of you or someone you know wants to give a talk, please let me know earnestly so that we can include you as a speaker. I will also like to solicit advertisements in the souvenir book. Any other suggestions are most welcome.
